From kickoff to launch
NovaTech is a Czech technology company with multiple product lines. Their web presence had grown organically over 5 years — resulting in 5 different product websites with inconsistent branding, different CMSs, and no shared design language.
Components
NovaTech had 5 different product websites with inconsistent branding. Marketing couldn't launch new pages without developer involvement. Each product team had their own design conventions, creating a fractured brand experience.
We built a unified design system with 200+ reusable components in Webflow, plus comprehensive documentation. Marketing can now create new pages independently. All 5 product sites were consolidated into a single, cohesive platform.
We audited all 5 existing sites and cataloged every unique component, pattern, and style. We identified 340+ unique components that could be consolidated into 60 core components with variants.
Built a comprehensive design system in Figma with atomic design principles: tokens → atoms → molecules → organisms → templates. Every component includes documentation, usage guidelines, and responsive variants.
Translated the design system into Webflow using a modular class architecture. 200+ reusable components with CMS bindings. The marketing team was involved in testing throughout to ensure usability.
We delivered 3 training sessions for the marketing team, created video walkthroughs for each component, and wrote comprehensive documentation. Now we provide ongoing management and quarterly updates.

“What I value most about working with Weblify is the reliability and ability to think in context. They come up with their own ideas, propose functional solutions, and always look for ways to make thing...”
